By enrolling in a KleatHub Player Pass, the participant agrees to:
1. Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines.
2. Use equipment responsibly.
3. Respect staff, participants, and property.
4. Accept financial responsibility for damages caused by negligence.
5. Understand that Player Pass benefits are non-transferable unless stated.
6. Agree to recurring billing (if monthly plan selected).

- Falls or collisions

Release of Liability
